Rough Beryls Platinum Ring
About the Item
I made this ring in a little series of rough beryl rings. I took this 2.7 carats (after polishing) aquamarine and 5.4 carats (after polishing) yellow beryll, just polished some corners and edges to get it more shiny and nicely wearable and cut a notch around the gem, to set it savely into its platinum setting. The platinum ring, i worked out organically irregular in a shape that works well with the gems. Every ring of the little series is unique as every one of the rough beryls is one of a kind by itself, and I worked the shape of the ring around it. With a weight of 9.5 grams (weight of platinum without stones is 8 grams), this platinum ring has a good feeling in the hand, is not too heavy but of good weight. If you like, you can stack this ring together with other rings of this series, as they all match together and you can make a new creation with the combination you chose. You can see one combination on the last picture. If you like it a little glamorous, but it should be uniqe and very natural, this might be a ring for you.
