Indulge in a stunning antique Pietra Dura Ring in 14 Karat Gold with inlaid semi-precious stones creating a mosaic image of Turquoise Blue Forget-me-not flowers. The ring is a masterpiece of Pietra Dura work with stunning Victorian gold work. The vivid turquoise blue flowers and green leaves set against the black background are beautiful. Pietra Dura jewels were popular souvenirs from Italy for people on the Grand Tour during the 19th Century. Our 14 Karat Gold Pietra Dura ring has extremely fine Pietra Dura floral green, blue, and brown inlay colors. The image is set in a classic Victorian setting in 14-16 Karat Gold. The flower ring dates to the Victorian period, circa 1850 - 1890.
Forget-me-nots symbolize true love and respect. They represent a promise that you will always remember them and will keep them in your thoughts. They are also considered a symbol of fidelity and faithfulness.
The top of the ring is 3/4 inch (18mm) by 1/2 inch (13mm). The top sits 5mm above the finger.
The ring is currently a size 5.5 US (K 1/2 UK) and can be resized if desired.
