Vintage Silver and Rock Crystal Ring by Master Claës Giertta Made Year 1977
About the Item
This powerful sterling silver ring is adorned with a faceted rock crystal. The setting is shaped like a silver bowl from which the rock crystal arises. The shank is u-shaped and attached on the setting’s outer sides.
The ring has a roman style to it and it can be worn at any occasion, and always.
Do you know that Claës Giertta, in 1969, designed the Swedish music industry’s then newly established Swedish Grammy trophy, i.e. the Swedish music industry’s equivalent to the United States Grammy, and that the Giertta Grammy design was kept until 2007?
