Yellow Gold Jadeite Navette Ring
About the Item
14 Karat Jadeite Navette Ring. The ring features a large jadeite cabochon measuring 36.9 tall x 23.2mm wide. There is a thin band under the gallery which combines with two other thin bands creating one larger band. The prongs are leaf-like in shape and there is a multi-leaf motif in gold on either side of the cabochon. Stamped inside the band of the ring is 14K MING'S. The ring size is 8 1/2. The total gold weight is 14.2 grams.
Ming’s opened in Hawaii in the 1940s by Wook Moon, retail stores were also located in San Francisco and New York.
Ming’s became a favorite staple in Hawaiian jewelry as it often featured beautiful Hawaiian and Asian cultural themes delicately carved in jade.
