Yellow Gold Ring with Six Carats No Heat Royal Blue Sapphire and Diamonds
About the Item
Tobacco Flower ring features a GRS certified vivid royal blue oval sapphire from Sri Lanka, which measures 10.73 x 9.64 x 5.99 mm and weighs 6.08 carats. The sapphire has not been heat treated. The ring is a work of art, designed by painter and 3D designer Polya Medvedeva, and is intended to be a family heirloom for generations to come. It is a limited edition piece.
The sapphire is surrounded by carefully chosen gemstones including a pear cut 1.48 carat blue sapphire measuring 9.73 x 6.21 x 3.54 mm, an oval cut 1.82 carat tanzanite measuring 7.90 x 6.20 x 5.25 mm, and oval blue sapphires. The ring also features a copper-bearing neon Paraiba tourmaline and two oval diamonds weighing 0.74 carats and 0.71 carats respectively, which are GIA certified and graded F and VSI1.
Flowers are often an inspiration for the artist, both in her paintings and in her jewellery designs. The tobacco flower blooms at night and symbolizes the shamanic mystery of all things hidden.
