About the Item

Antique Signet Intaglio Ring in solid 18K Yellow Gold with claw set fine intaglio on Hematite stone depicting depicting Greek Ares (Roman Mars ) - God of War and also an agricultural guardian. Hand-carved with great accuracy and attention to detail on solid stone of rectangular cut ca. 16.5 mm x 12 mm x 5 mm deep / ca 12 ct. Hand-engraved ornaments on the shoulders of the band. The band is 8,35 mm at the widest,hallmarked with a full set of Swedish hallmarks,18K, year combination is 06 / born in 1892. Engraved with the name " Karin ". Size: Ø 13US scale / 22.33 mm. Sizing is possible. Weight: 6.2 grams. Used finest condition, secure setting. Stone with very minor signs of wear.
