A Diamond ring in solid 18K Gold and Platinum, likely hand - made in USA ca. 1920s - 1930s. Hallmarked " Plat for Platinum , 18ct. Diamond of old European cut Ø 2.75 mm x 1.6 mm deep / ca. 0.1 ct Diamond's Color circa F,G / VS. Size : Ø 6US / 17.13mm. Can be sized. Weight: 2.8 grams.
