Vintage 0.56 Carat Asscher Cut Diamond Ring
About the Item
Here we have a charming single stone diamond ring. This vintage piece has been excellently hand made from a rich 18ct yellow gold and set with a remarkable chunky old asscher cut diamond. This bright white stone was expertly hand cut during the Art Deco movement and sits here proud amidst a deep four clawed setting whilst being flanked on either side by wide finely engraved shoulders. The high level of detail on show here continues at the under-gallery with an ornate foliaceous design which follows a graduating convex outline as it rests on the finger. The piece is finally made complete by a solid unembellished shank for a sleek yet subtle finish.

A fine and impressive antique 0.56 carat diamond and 18 karat white gold solitaire engagement ring; part of our Art Deco diamond jewellery collections.
This fine and impressive 1920's Art Deco ring has been crafted in 18k white gold with a platinum setting.
The millegrain decorated setting displays a feature collet set 0.32ct Asscher cut diamond .
The feature diamond is encompassed by a square border embellished with fourteen pavé set eight-cut diamonds.
The stepped ring shoulders are each accented with five further pavé set eight-cut diamonds, integrating with the main setting and blending seamlessly with the hallmarked ring shank.
This antique diamond ring is hallmarked to the interior shank with the 18k gold mark (18CT) and the platinum mark (PLAT) and the ring has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18 karat gold and platinum.
This impressive Art Deco ring is supplied with an IDGL diamond grading report certificate for the feature stone, in addition to an IDGL diamond grading report card for the supporting stones.
