Finely detailed vintage Art Deco 1.55ct old European brilliant cut diamond ring (circa 1920s to 1930s) crafted in platinum.
Center set old European brilliant cut diamond measures 7.06 x 7.35 x 4.78mm and is 1.55 carats. The diamond is GIA graded L color (faint brown) and VS2 clarity.
The elegant Art Deco era ring highlights a beautiful shimmering old European brilliant cut diamond, set into a secure six pronged crown style mount. The diamond is accompanied by a GIA report. The side shoulders feature etched floral and foliate details, a hallmark of Art Deco era jewelry. The ring would make a lovely vintage alternative engagement or right hand ring for everyday wear. The ring has a medium profile and rises 9mm from the finger (0.35 inches).
The ring is in very good condition and was recently lightly cleaned and polished.
