Wimbledon-Furniture Wimbledon-Furniture is delighted to offer for sale this stunning and very rare Limited Edition 0723/1500 Jager LeCoulter Grande Reverso 986 Duodate double sided wrist watch. Well, where to begin! I had wanted a double sided grand (much larger than normal) reverse for around 20 years, I finally got my hands on this absolute stunner a short while ago and its everything I could have ever wanted. I now have my eyes on a vintage Daytona so I’m freeing up some watches to balance the collection value. This is as mentioned a grand so large, its double sided so has two watches one on each side, there is a secondary seconds timber on the silver side and a secondary 24 hour night and day dial on the black side. The strap and clasp and all original, fully stamped everywhere, the serial number to the back of the watch is 2663080, the calibration number is 274.8.85 and as mentioned its edition 0723/1500. The condition is lovely, it will have very light fine very very very hard to see scratches here and there, it is a used watch, you would have to look through a loop to really see anything. The auction includes everything pictured and nothing else, so if you don’t see it its not included so please don’t ask, what we have is the owners manual, livret de garanite, serviceheft, certificate de garanite, inner and outer box, original cushion. Dimensions Height:- 52mm lug to lug Width:- 34mm including bezel, 32mm case only Depth:- 12mm OFFICIAL DESCRIPTION LIMITED & NUMBERED EDITION OF 1500 PIECES This watch features two faces featuring two time-zone, powered by a single movement. The silver dial side features a small seconds hand & a stylish elongated date window beneath the 12 o'clock position. The reverse side features a black dial with a Day/Night indicator sub-dial at the 6 o'clock position to indicate if it is AM or PM at the second time-zone. This watch features: Polished finished stainless steel case. Dials: Front Dial: Silvered dial with a linear textured border & a guilloche textured center. Black painted Arabic Numerals with gun-metal blued hands. Reverse Dial: Black dial with a very fine sandblasted texture & the center is flat. The Day/Night sub-dial features a guilloche texture. White painted Arabic Numerals & Index markers with luminescent filled silver hands. Time adjustment: This watch features two time-correction options, the first being the traditional minute & hour correction (when the crown is pulled out to the last position) & corrects both time-zones simultaneously. The 2nd allows for an incremental change of the hour-hand on the silver dial side without adjusting the minute setting on the silver dial side or entire time on the black dial side. JLC caliber 986, beats at 28,800 vph, contains 19 jewels, composed of 183 components & has an approximate power reserve of 48 hours. Alternate model # q3748420, q374.84.20, 3748420.
