Rare vase, made in France in the 1920s with masterfully executed run glaze in earth tones.
The compensated shape of the vase shows an upper round outlet surrounded by three specially designed handles. The spherical ceramic body is vertically notched three times, which gives wonderful plasticity.
The entire surface of the vase is covered with run glaze - a masterful surface effect. The colors vary from different shades from brown to green to blue.
The shape of the vase is modelled on ancient vessels from the Chinese / Asian area.

A transparent glass object made out of thick glass layers (total 2.5cm) shaped like eggs made in Sommerso Technique with two white circular color stripes.
Hot glass technique in which differently colored layers of glass are applied, one on top of the other, in such a way that each color remains distinctly visible.

Biography Pino Signoretto
Born September 28, 1944 in Favaro Veneto.
1954 He worked for a muranese glass chandelier souvenir manufacturer.
1959 Apprenticeship with master glassblower Alfredo Barbini and works with the master Livio Seguso, Ermanno Nason, and Angelo Seguso.
1960 He got the title of master glassblower.
1961-77 he worked in different factories, to get full technical knowledge of glass.
1978 Signoretto opens his own furnace showroom in Murano.
1978 – 84 He collaborates with artists and architects, Dalì, Licata, Dal Pezzo, Vitali, Pomodoro, Willson. 1985 Signoretto undertakes the first of a long series of trips to Japan.
1989 He participates in a demostration for the japanese imperial family.

Clear glass with a black or sepia colored thin net like pattern called 'zanfirico' (Italian):
A type of polychrome cane made by assembling a bundle of rods of different colors, and heating it until it is soft. The bundle is then attached to two pontils and elongated by drawing. At the same time, the bundle is twisted to produce a spiral pattern. Zanfirico, which is a synonym for vetro a retorti, takes its name from the Venetian dealer Antonio Sanquirico, who, in the 1830s, encouraged the revival on Murano of this and other traditional techniques.
