I have to admit I never thought I would own a Dupont blasting machine, but there it was, and it's beautiful, besides which, it had the original tin that holds the blasting caps. No, we don't have any of those caps. The machine itself is made of wood and is beautifully dovetailed and has a fine original aged patina. The handle goes up and down easily, and makes a neat sound while you are doing it. The leather handle to move it around is in fine condition. It has the original labels on the front, one in a brass decal, and the other paper, which is encased.
