Ormolu and Patina Bronez Candelabras
Located in Warsaw, PL
These are a pair of gilded candelabras inspired by the Louis XVI style-a style originating from France. The main shaft of the candelabras are constructed from female statues. Unlike the rest of the gilded parts of the candelabra, the women are made from patinated bronze and seems to be standing on one leg while holding up the candelabras’ arms, representing the intense vitality and brilliant beauty of women. At the feet of two young women holding lamps are soft and flexible waves, exuding strength and health, honoring the beauty of the young woman. By taking a closer look you will see that there are five arms radiating in all directions. In Western culture, the number 5 symbolizes origin, adaptability, adventure, love of freedom and diversity. The lamp base is constructed with a quadrilateral support with Acanthus inspired feet, which are classic motifs and delicately sculpted leaves. The combination of gold and bronze creates the subtle and rich tone to it, giving it true antique touch...

20th Century Seven Lights Italian Solid Silver Candelabra Empire revival
By Arno Fassi
Located in VALENZA, IT
Magnificent Empire style candelabra in solid 800 silver
The base is square with lion paw-shaped feet.
Two frames with the typical palmettes of the Empire style frame a second smaller square decorated with 4 central flowers. The stem of the candelabra is a statue of a woman (goddess) with her hair gathered and holding a cornucopia in one hand ending with the main candle holder.
The candelabra has 7 lights.
The arms of the candelabra, made with the casting technique, have candle holders and wax collectors also made with the casting technique and finely chiseled.
The central candle holder stands out for its height which surpasses all the other candle holders, making the candelabra slim and balanced in shape and proportions.
A classic example of high quality Italian silverware suitable to be placed in elegant and prestigious homes.
