The Mod style is one of the most iconic fashion eras. Rising in the late 1950s to 1960s, the Mod style grew out of the rising British youth culture and were characterized by juvenile silhouettes, and soft coordinated colors. The Mod style is emblematic of an easy cool and a carefree lifestyle. This midi length jersey wrap skirt features a polka-dot print of lavender, lilac, and royal purple dots trimmed in white on a black ground. The chunky dot shapes are reminiscent of the headlights on the iconic Mod Vespa motor scooters that likely inspired this 1970s design.
