Mid-20th Century US. brass ship or truck fire fog nozzle "1-1/2- 4 NAP" manufactured by the Akron Brass. This is a great piece and perfect piece of history for any fireman or collector. The fog nozzle is ideal for fires that give out a large amount of heat and hence require extensive cooling. In the fog position, this branch creates very fine droplets i.e "fog", greatly increasing the surface area, thus helping absorb maximum heat.
