I let intuition guide the process, allowing the mood of a place to surface gradually through abstraction.
Bio:
Bri Custer is a New Hampshire-based painter whose abstracted landscapes reflect her deep connection to nature and place. She holds an MFA in Visual Arts and has exhibited widely across the Northeast. Her work is held in private collections across the U.S. and is known for its emotional resonance, gestural surface, and grounding use of color. Custer’s paintings offer viewers a sense of calm and quiet contemplation.
