Bright and dynamic abstract composition by Nancy B. Westfall (American, b. 1970). Made up of circular repeating shapes, this piece is layered and full of patterns. The background is a layer of very pale yellow over a base coat of grey-blue. There are circular shaped in light blue, brown, pink, and grey. Other shapes are made out of various shades of grey, yellow, purple, and pink. This piece is titled after the song by Art Neville.

Nancy B Westfall (American, b. 1970) began studying at the age of 14 with renowned Hungarian artist Magda Mader, who focused on perspective, discipline, and respect of materials. Westfall continued her art studies through college, earning a Bachelor’s of Fine Art from the University of Georgia in 1993. Her studies took her abroad to Cortona Italy and introduced her to color theory, which has since greatly infuenced her use and application of color. Following her undergraduate years, Westfall apprenticed with several professional artists, until returning to graduate school to pursue a Masters of Art from East Carolina University in 1996. During her graduate program, Nancy B studied with Paul Hartley.
