The painting will be shipped in a tube (rolled). The painting is signed on back and front. Extra canvas on the back will allow re-stretching with various depth options. Simply bring it to your framer and you could have it stretched and/or framed at your choice. A certificate will come with purchase. Gli Ammutinati is characterized by strong colors, distinct compositions and with some reminiscences of figurative elements, albeit disguised, or indeed masked. The visual richness of this oil painting is separated by drawn lines, with charcoal or pastel, giving the final image a certain dynamism and movement. BIOGRAPHY OF FRANCESCO D'ADAMO Francesco employs quick brush strokes and applies layers to create the fundamentals of his paintings. Very often he insists on mixing colors by hand-grinding pigments himself to attain those particular and unique color tints he desires. A pertinent color element – the opaque and intense black pigment prevails in all his paintings in form of vividly twirling strokes, one can observe from his works the rhythm of movements with quick black lines and the flow of energy. At present Francesco lives and works in Bologna, Italy.
