She taught elementary and middle school art for ten years, reaching over 3000 students in public schools, private schools, museums, and through her own business. She has done an art residency at Haystack Mountain School of Crafts, been represented in the a year with children exhibit at the Solomon R Guggenheim Museum, and sold drawings and paintings all over the country. In 2015, Ingber opened Camp Happy Heart - an arts summer camp - and received the Santa Cruz Sentinel’s award for best youth recreation in Santa Cruz County in 2020.
