BIOGRAFIA DEL ARTISTA
Mario Bedini se formó en la Academia de Bellas Artes de Carrara, y en 1958 debutó individualmente en la galería Cocchini de Livorno. Seguidamente se trasladará a Ginebra, donde trabajó entre 1960 y 1963. Ese último año se instala en Barcelona, fijando definitivamente su residencia en Sant Celoni en 1972. A lo largo de su carrera celebró numerosas exposiciones en Europa y Estados Unidos, y fue distinguido con galardones en España e Italia, destacando especialmente el primer premio de dibujo del Círculo Artístico de Sant Lluc de Barcelona en 1984. Actualmente está representado en el Museo Fundación Pagani de Milán, el de la Diputación Provincial de León, la colección del Consejo Superior de Deportes en Madrid, el Museo Italo-Americano Laguna of Marina en San Francisco, el de Arte Hispánico y Latinoamericano de Florido, el del Comité Olímpico Internacional de Lausana y el del Deporte de Barcelona.
