Kirsten Savage earned her BFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art and has been a professional painter for over 20 years. A passionate world traveler and experienced mountaineer, she seeks out breathtaking landscapes that evoke peace and solitude, transforming these experiences into narrative oil paintings that explore contemplation and connection.
Recently selected as the official Presidential Portrait Artist for the Colorado State Capitol Building, Kirsten is also a Signature Member of Oil Painters of America and an active member of the Portrait Society of America. Her work is featured in esteemed private and corporate collections worldwide.
As both an artist and an adventurer, Kirsten captures not only the beauty of the world but also her personal journey of solitude and self-discovery.
