The photograph is then altered digitally before drawing onto board. Each shape is individually painted cell by cell until the whole board is covered and the image revealed. Stand close and the painting is an abstract of shapes, stand back and the city scene is there! The colours are hand mixed from a base range of just 5 paint pots, this piece having 58 different colours within it.
