Possibly Crown Heights in Brooklyn New York City. Done in a mid century modern style with great vibrant colors and loose, adept, brushwork. Fruit vendor with ladies shopping. George Schwacha was president of the American Artists Professional League and a past president of the Audubon Artists and Art Center of New Jersey.
