Laura Paray
Into the Sea, 40x48 original impressionist marine landscape

About the Item

The roaring power and bubbling beauty are unleashed when venturing into the sea on this sun blessed day! In majestic 3D the Atlantic Ocean rushes forward to be cleansed and to circulate, leaving dangerous rocks and jetties on which to rest your weary bones, if you have the courage to venture out. Yet, the waves beckon you into the swirling white laced current and seafoam green waters of this original 40x48 impressionist marine landscape for added adventure. Paray combines Frank Dumond's principals of prismatic light. Paray earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts at the Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University followed by nearly ten years of instruction at the highly regarded Ridgewood Art Institute of New Jersey and a year at the famed Art Students League of NYC. Paray has shown her work in juried shows throughout the northeast USA including the Salmagundi Club, Oil Painters of America and the American Artist Professional League. The artist framed her oil painting with a custom textured contemporary antique silver frame, with an overall size of 43x51x1, making it suitable for any transitional decor. This is an artist to watch and collect!
