Very interesting painting of the French Village of Beziers by this rare American city and town painter.
Little is known about Smallwood other than they painted at the beginning of the 2000's and painted city scapes and town views such as New York City.
This is a well painted large example of the artists work and is a very cool depiction of the French town.
