Drawing inspiration from nature, experiences, and imagination, Yuttana has transcended the boundaries of landscape art into reflective surrealism and minimalism. His focus is on creating contemporary art that instills feelings of tranquillity in the viewer. His works seek to illustrate the simplicity of journey and nature. He states that he is inspired to produce work that can evoke feelings of calm, peace, and stillness within his viewers. Most of his works depict nature and landscape with large areas of vividly painted skies, their reflections in water; with some minute details of people, boats, and animals. Yuttana (1983) was born in Srisakate province, located in the Northeast of Thailand. His early inspiration came from imagination, Japanese Anime, and the desire to learn drawing. He is a graduate of Ubon Ratchathani Vocational College (THA) and attained his Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts with a major in Sculpture from King Mongkut Institute of Technology at Lardkrabang (THA). He currently lives and works in Bangkok and owns his own art shop at Chatuchak Market.
