Known for his masterfully composed images that captured the styles of the leading haute couture houses of the 1920s-30s including Chanel, Balenciaga, Lanvin, Vionnet, Schiaparelli, and Lelong, among others, George Hoyningen-Huene was a pioneer for fashion photography whose work continues to hold deep relevance today.
