This limited edition color lithograph, titled The Astronomer, beautifully recreates the iconic watercolors from the beloved book Le Petit Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry.
Each print is plate-signed and features a blind stamp, certifying its authenticity and adherence to the standards set by the Estate of Saint-Exupéry. Printed on high-quality Arches BFK Rives 250g paper, this lithograph captures the delicate textures and vibrant colors of the original watercolors, bringing the enchanting world of Le Petit Prince to life.
In Le Petit Prince, the Astronomer is a character who initially discovers the Little Prince's asteroid, B-612. He presents his findings to the scientific community, but because of his traditional Turkish attire, he is not taken seriously. Later, when he dresses in Western clothes, his discovery is accepted, highlighting themes of perception and superficiality.
