FEMME AU BALCON is a limited edition lithograph re-created after an original pastel drawing from the estate Collection of Marina Picasso, Picasso's grand-daughter. Printed using hand drawn lithographic plates on archival heavy weight Coventry printmaking paper, 100% acid free. Edition was produced in accordance with the Picasso family under the supervision of Marcel Salinas, master chromist who worked closely with Pablo Picasso during his lifetime.
Bears the estate approved printed signature of Picasso on center lower margin. Typeset under image reads Collection Marina Picasso. Lithograph is in excellent condition, never been framed or mounted. FEMME AU BALCON portrays a fanciful abstract profile portrait of a woman, posed with arms crossed on a balcony. The spiral scroll design balcony railing creates a visual point of attraction combined with an eye-catching color combination of bright orange, red, light purple, blue, yellow, cool green, light gray, brown and black further enticing the viewer.
