Video shows what we are capable of in terms of finishes, their smoothness and contrast. Highest quality construction with the best hinges, woods and hardware that can be used. All handmade. Images also show the crescent handle available which is an additional $750 cost for a single door (both sides) and $1500 for a double door (4 handles on 2 doors) and must be specified. We build custom interior, master bedroom, closet and exterior passage and entrance doors with an atomic Mid-Century Modern style. Pictured is an 80" x 72", but because our doors are individually crafted they can be customized to meet any requirement for use as an interior or exterior door, single or double. They can be produced with door-closers for commercial applications, custom hardware and also be fire-rated if required. All sales include jambs and units are ready to be installed on-site. Featured above our starburst design with solid half inch by quarter inch solid brass bar raised over a painted (for exterior) or lacquer surface (interior) on both sides of the door. This particular door is priced differently from all others we produce (see separate listings) due to the radial walnut being a special order item requiring considerable work, see other listings for all other models. The radial pattern is on both sides and is the most difficult door we have that we produce ad compliments the starburst bar pattern. Custom produced here in the United States. 84" tall x 72" is the common measurement but we can produce in any size, single or double. The video shows a door with hardware and a smooth textured paint that highlights what is possible for your door with a custom paint selected by the client and produced by Benjamin Moore using Aura Exterior. The customer also had us install a peephole as well and we incorporated this into the vertical bar. High quality construction with the best hinges, woods and hardware that can be used. All hand made. The key to the doors is the use of old Appalachian oaks to produce hard and strong door jambs with our material sourced through local yards and the woods all selected. Critical to a quality door is the true Stave Lumber Core construction which is as good as a wood door can be; strong and resistant to movement using either oak, poplar or pine depending upon the environment.
