Beautiful Vintage Silk Kimono Dress Gown 1950s Couture Asian Robe Coat 40s 50s

About the Item

Hollywood Glamour Vibes. Not sure if I'm really ready to part with her but oh well... This true beauty is what boudoir dreams are made of. The most amazing pure Silk Kimono Dress lingerie robe I've ever seen. Delicate soft Silk with flower and leaf details. The shape and tayloring is like a dress, a high collar, fitted waist and wide floaty skirtpart. It closes like a robe or coat on the front with silk toggle buttons. This piece is so well made, you can see hand stiches on the inner lining. The iridescent colour changes in the light, soft cream, the flowers blue, red and light green. The scallop pockets are so unique and lovely! Measurements: lying flat underarm to underarm ca,45cm (it has darts), waist lying flat ca.35cm length mid shoulder to seam ca.140cm please note that any pictures of documentation like runway shows are meant to show the style of the collcetion and vibe and do not show the actual piece for sale.

Condition:

Wear consistent with age and use. only some minor flaws on the inner lining shown on the last picture, not to be seen when worn.
