Beautiful evening pyjamas, two pieces trousers and bodice in printed silk pongee dating from the 1930s. Beautiful print with Japanese floral decoration in soft colours. High waist trousers with elephant feet (30 cm wide) printed pockets and bottom of the trousers (missing elastic waist). Short-sleeved bodice with underlined epaulette, collar with folded points opening on the chest decorated with a mechanical lace modesty and a bow tie. Casual look for a beach party between the two wars! No defects. Very good condition of colour and conservation.
Dimensions: Equivalent size 38/40 France. Trousers: height 96 cm, waist 65-75 cm, inseam 56 cm. Top: height 53 cm, chest 89-95 cm, shoulders 41 cm, waist 95-100 cm.
