Chinese Black Glazed Handled Vase
About the Item
An elegant Chinese black glazed ceramic pottery vase with handles. We acquired this out of a nice Palm Springs estate. It has great scale at 20 inches tall and over 15 inches in diameter. Some sort of heavy terracotta or white stoneware. We believe it to be mid 20th century or earlier. The glaze has sort of residue on it and we haven’t tried to clean it aggressively for fear of damaging it. A run down one side and some residue on the interior of the top, Please see the detailed photos.
