Very Fine Chinese Porcelain Vase Mounted as Table Lamp
About the Item
Chinese porcelain vase mounted as a lamp with a round tiered gilt bronze or brass base embossed with berries and leaves. The lamp with cameos and panels of florals and birds that are on a field of red flowers within green wreaths with a slight relief to the enamel work. The lamp base was drilled for wiring (please see photos).
The lamp with three bulbs and pull chain operation.
Dimensions: 26 1/2" height, 7" diameter.
Condition: Lacking finial, overall very good condition. There is a very small spot of missing glaze which shows the underlying clay (Please see detail photos) Tested and is in working condition.
