Extraordinary Yuan Dynasty style Yuhuchunping (pear shaped) ceramic vase - wheel thrown - large size - raised/molded decoration in underglaze blue and copper red featuring 'Eight Daoist Emblems' - over-all crackle on a grey/green glaze - un-glazed base - unsigned - China - 20th century. Excellent vintage condition - numerous firing flaws (some photographed) - couple of minor base rim chips - slightly irregular shape/contour - no loss - no damage - no restoration - glaze crackle - minor surface scratches from age and use. Size/dimensions - large - 4 3/4" (12 cm) diameter x 9 5/8" (24.5 cm) high.
