Beautiful signed bronze Vase by Okado Isao
Okado Isao (1940-2010) one of the most recognizable Japanese metal artists of 20th century he regularly participating in prestigious NItten show , where he won grand prize in 1964. In 1975 he receives special status of Mukansa, when any of your works will be accepted for Nitten show without prior examination. he served as one of the Nitten judges from 1992. His works are rare and very collectable in Japan and abroad.
Age: Showa period , 20th century .
