Antique Polished Steel Fire Grate in the Georgian Manner.

About the Item

Antique Polished steel fire grate in the Georgian manner. A shaped cartouche back plate with a high relief half sphere, this in turn connects too a pair of high shaped fire cheeks, the three barred fire front flanked by square bar standards capped with polished finials. Below, a pierced apron with an internal pull out ash pan drawer, all resting on tapered legs with further matching finials. English 1900c
