About the Item

An English basalt Wedgwood vessel in black and white stoneware, circa early to mid-20th century, England. Vessel is black basalt stoneware with applied white jasper neoclassical decoration of grapevines (leaves and grapes) wrapping exterior. This vessel has many uses, I'm showing it as a jewelry holder vessel. A great piece for a desk, vanity, dining table, etc. Many uses. Maker's mark, 'Wedgwood', 'England', as well as potter's mark, all on bottom as shown in last image. Excellent condition as shown in images and video. Dimensions: 1.63" Height x 2.13" Diameter.
