A magnificent Carrara marble bust of Ajax. Exquisite rendering of the Greek hero featuring elaborate helmet. On an associated square base. After Gian Lorenzo Bernini (Italian, 1598-1680), circa 1880 Measures: Height 37 1/2 inches Width 19 inches (at shoulders) Depth 10" (at base) CW 4845.
