Murano Pink Opal Flowers Gold Flecks Italian Art Glass Centerpiece Sculpture
About the Item
Gorgeous and large, vintage Murano hand blown opalescent pink flowers and gold flecks Italian art glass centerpiece sculpture. The piece is created in the manner of the Seguso Vetri d'Arte and Salviati companies. It has 3 beautiful opal flowers with the pistil of each flower also in gold. They are attached to a clear and gold leaf. The leaf curls up at the front and has a clean cut stem at the bottom. Together it creates a spectacular display piece for a table or dresser. The entire sculpture is profusely covered in gold leaf and glitters with the light. The photos on the white background were taken in direct sunlight. Would make a great display piece on any dresser, credenza or console table. Mid-Century era. Measures: 14" long x 5 1/2" wide x 4 1/4" tall.
