Exceptional pair of large white and gilt painted campana form urns with strigilated patterning on body down to gilt banded white base above gilt patterned olive and leaf banding with further strigilation on socle and square gilt base; with finely modeled gilt bronze-painted angelic hermes/cherub handles. Angels of the Four Winds, Revelation 7:1-3. France, circa 1810. Dimensions: 9" diameter x 14” height; 5” square base; 8" wide head to head.
