The Eisenberg-Lozano Co based in New York City was founded in 1953 by Arthur Eisenberg and Neal Lozano.
Holder is marked with the Eisenberg-Lozano company's hallmark Crown "EL GERMANY"
Stamped with the "EL" and crown Eisenberg-Lozano, Inc. of New York trademark.
