About the Item

I offer for sale an extremely decorative and fun element to set your table. This vintage jar was made in Italy between the 1950s and 1960s, by the ceramic company F.lli PACETTI, founded at the end of the 1940s by Renato and Ivos Pacetti, the latter known for the production of Futurist ceramics at the factory "FLAME". This mid-20th century jar with lid is originally made of ceramic painted with a mixed technique, which uses brushes and airbrush and which harks back to the West German Pottery. It can be used as a sugar bowl, as a gravy boat or as a jam or chutney holder. The multicolored brilliant glazes and its tomato shape make it irresistible. The container measures 14 cm high by 17 cm in diameter. The bottom of the container is 7cm deep. The item is in good vintage condition, with no breaks or scratches.
