Vintage Majolica Pair of Tureens with Lids, Italy Hand-painted

About the Item

Charming vintage majolica tureens with lids feature hand-painted, Italian Country style-influenced decor with bundles of buttery yellow and soft orange daisy flowers. The lids have hand-sculpted, pear-shaped handles with finely detailed leaves, painted in the same color palette. The tureens handles are accented with abstract green pattern on light yellow background. The tureens have openings on one side for the serving spoon or ladle. The tureens can be used for serving either side dishes or sauce or gravy die to convenient size; they are signed on the bottoms with model number and ITALY, but they are missing the manufacturer or distributor stickers, making positive attribution difficult.
