This is a good quality English, lead crystal glass carafe or decanter of large Size holding over 1.2 Litres and dating to the Mid-20th Century.
The carafe is bottle or baluster shaped, tapering to the neck with an angled pouring spout. The Carafe is vertically fluted internally which produces a very decorative effect.
The carafe has a soft grey color and holds over 1.2 Litres of liquid.
The carafe has been etched to the lower body with grape vine decoration as per the images.
Overall a very decorative and useful Glass Carafe, ideal on the dinner table for wine or water.
