Antique French Enameled Silver and Glass Vanity Set
About the Item
Our antique (early 20th century) French grooming set is crafted from molded glass with engraved bellflower garland motif, with vermeil silver mounts and green enamel. Included are four fragrance bottles with original stoppers, each 4 5/8 by 2 1/4 by 1 1/2 inches, one cannister, two small circular dishes, hair brush, shoe brush, shoe horn and button hook. Marked with eagle's head, maker's mark that reads GBM (or GMB) in diamond shape, and third mark that is possibly of the retailer or enameler. Each in excellent condition. One bottle with fair degree of discoloration.
