fferrone Contemporary Four Tumblers with Large and Medium Finger Bowls

About the Item

Inspired by a trip to the healing hot springs of an onsen in Bessho, Japan, the Bessho Collection is an exploration by Ferrone that challenges handcraft techniques by creating a ribbon of smooth glass around the rim, establishing a visual and physical transition between the fluted and smooth glass, and the mouth. Each piece is handcrafted by master glassblowers of fluted Borosilicate glass allowing for thermal resistance for a range of hot and cold applications. The designer collection is oven, microwave, and dishwasher safe. material • borosilicate glass type • glassware Bessho Tumbler: size • 400mL (14 fl oz) h.10cm (4in) ø8cm BesshoLarge Bowl: size • 400mL (8.5 fl oz) h.7cm (2-3/4in) ø10cm (4in) Bessho Medium Bowl: size • 250mL (14 fl oz) h.5cm (2in) ø10cm (4in) Design: Felicia Ferrone, 2016 Handcrafted in the Czech Republic
