Umberto Nason for Nason Moretti Murano glass Venice. Lidia collection, 1955 A Lidia collection glass drink set with ice-bucket and 6 glasses by Umberto Nason for Nason Moretti, Murano Italy. Very rare drinkset The Lidia collection was an idea of Umberto Nason with the technique of inverted overlaid glass of colored glass inside and milky white glass outside. Umberto Nason born in 1923 Nason Moretti's fame spreader nationally and internationally during the fifties until 1955 when the firm won the second edition of the Compasso d'Oro Award. It has been confirmed by Moretti that this is an authentic glass set by Umberto Nason, 1955 The ice bucket is 14 cm high and 12.5 cm diagonal The glasses are 9 cm high and 8.5 cm diagonal.

Murano Venetian glass clowns and swan, Italy, 1970s A Murano Venetian, glass clown bowl and ashtray and a swan with bowl. A round thick glass blown bowl with a clown supposedly underneath with a funny big smile. A clown as an ashtray can be placed in 2 positions. The hands function as a holder, but when not in use, it can be decoratively placed standing. The swan, possibly made by Ucello, colored with transparent glass containing red and white raised on a transparent ribbed oval shaped base and on top of that a transparent colored with green bowl with curved edges.
