Mid 19th century French Blue Opaline Glass Pitcher and Bowl Set

About the Item

This extraordinary antique french blue opaline glass pitcher and bowl wash set dates from the middle of the 19th century. The pure color, form and amazing condition of this set is a delight to the eye. The bowl measures an impressive 15" diameter and 4.25" High. The pitcher measures 11.5" High and 9" at its widest (including handle). There are absolutely no chips or cracks in either the pitcher or the bowl. Each piece features a polished pontil and wonderful age appropriate shelf wear on each foot. Unmarked but certainly the quality of a period piece of Baccarat.
