An exceptional 19th century French claret jug crafted from finely hand-engraved crystal and mounted in high-quality sterling silver (.950), bearing the Minerva hallmark. Executed in the elegant Rococo Revival style, this piece features ornate repoussé decoration with scrolling acanthus leaves, a richly sculpted handle, and a finely shaped spout. The crystal body is delicately engraved with floral and foliate motifs, showcasing the superior craftsmanship of the period.
